Q: Sam,
the subject of the Hemisphere "Blood Collection" (and Brain of Blood)
has come up on an internet board I frequent, and I figured I might be able to
get some direct info from you:
Has IIP acquired the Hemisphere titles, because someone commented on how several
films in the Blood Collection dvds have "recreated" titles, some of
which replace the Hemisphere logo with the IIP logo.
A: IIP is the exclusive distributor of those films for the financial owners. The negatives had the original main titles removed/destroyed and replaced with the TV titles, that is why the Main Title card were re-created. Hope that answers it.
